After one month of staying in the St. Louis jail, David Carruthers was freed on bail.
The former CEO of Bet on Sports was released after paying the one million dollars or 527,196 UK Pounds bail bond.
The terms of the bail bond includes the wearing of electronic tag for Carruthers and he will be restricted to a St. Louis residence.
The US authorities detained Carruthers, a British national, last July 16 while he was in the Dallas airport waiting for a transit plane.
Bet On Sports had sacked their former chief executive officer after the arrest was made.
The betting site has also shut down its operations and suspends all wagering int he United States.
The case is one of the biggest US prosecutions made against an online gaming company.
Carruthers and ten other executives are facing charges of racketeering, tax evasion and fraud.
US authorities seeks the forfeiture of more than four billion dollars assets of the company and the refund of customers money for US residents.
Bet On Sports has shut down its online game site but still has not return the money of their account money of their players.
Likewise the British based company continues to snub the court hearings of the charges against them.
